Award Recognizes Intelligent Energy Management Company's Positive Work Environment

WASHINGTON - May 15, 2006 - GridPoint, Inc., a provider of intelligent energy management (IEM) products, today announced that the Washington Business Journal recognized the company as one of the region's best places to work at the publication's annual breakfast awards program Friday at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Along with sponsors Monster, Reznick Group and Quantum Market Research, the Business Journal presented the results of quantitative employee surveys to the crowd of 600. GridPoint was among 49 diverse companies hailing from virtually every business sector. The top companies were selected from a pool of more than 200 nominations.
